Mitsubishi Outlander and ASX are being recalled in Kazakhstan

The recall of certain SUVs was due to a relay malfunction in cars of the Mitsubishi brand, which were produced from February 2015 to June 2017. A malfunction of the motor control relay and the relay responsible for heating the windshield and fan in the Outlander ASX may cause the engine to stall while driving or make it impossible to start.
The recall campaign started on the first of March this year. Company representatives contacted the owners of affected cars. All relay replacements are free of charge. Interestingly, three years ago, residents of Kazakhstan voted the Outlander as the best small SUV in the "Car of the Year" award.
